In the first two days of implementing the 2014 Enterprise Law (July 1 and 2, 2015), 600 new enterprises registered and 1,100 enterprises completed registration procedures for changes - the Department of Business Registration Management (Ministry of Planning and Investment) said.

According to Mr. Bui Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Business Registration Management, since July 1, 2015, the National Information System on Business Registration has been deployed with a new version 2.0, updated in accordance with the provisions of the Enterprise Law 2014. There are no major problems with business registration under the new regulations, except that some businesses are still concerned about regulations on seals, recording business registration lines, registering businesses with foreign investors, etc. However, the automatic issuance of tax codes on the system has not been implemented due to technical overload. To resolve this situation, the General Department of Taxation has directed that tax codes must be issued within the day to ensure that within 3 days, businesses will receive business registration certificates in accordance with the provisions of the Enterprise Law 2014.

It is known that some provisions of the 2014 Enterprise Law have been implemented previously under Decree 43/2010/ND-CP on business registration. The Ministry of Planning and Investment has also issued temporary guidance documents to ensure the contents comply with the provisions of the Law.
