2. The stamp set coded 461 "Commemorating the 10th anniversary of the complete liberation of South Vietnam" issued on April 30, 1985 is considered the most beautiful, meaningful and unique stamp set. The stamp set includes 4 designs and 1 block designed by artist Huy Toan, printed in Cuba. According to Mr. Hoang Anh Thi, Chairman of Vietstamp Club, in this stamp set, the most meaningful is the 5-dong stamp "Completely Unified" depicting 3 girls (symbolizing 3 regions) wearing Ao Dai happily welcoming the joy of unification, next to a map of unified Vietnam.

3. The third stamp on the theme of April 30 collected by stamp collectors is the stamp "Victory April 30", code 1149, issued on February 3, 1980 with a size of 51x32. The stamp was designed by artist Trinh Quoc Thu, printed offset at Tien Bo Printing House. This stamp is part of the stamp set commemorating the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (including 5 stamps, of which the first 4 stamps are printed vertically in pairs). The face value of the stamp is 20 VND.

On the margin of the block is an image of US soldiers on the battlefield in Vietnam.
