Dissemination of law to ethnic minorities in Tan Ky

(Baonghean.vn) - On May 21, in Tan Ky district, the Government's Ethnic Committee coordinated with the Provincial Ethnic Committee to organize a conference to disseminate and popularize laws to officials working on ethnic affairs and ethnic minorities. Comrade Nguyen Dac Binh - Deputy Head of the Legal Department - Government's Ethnic Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Dac Binh emphasized that the work of disseminating the law to ethnic minorities is an important task in ethnic work, ideological education and disseminating the law to raise awareness of law compliance for ethnic minorities. Therefore, the delegates attending this conference will be the core in the community to pioneer the work of disseminating the law to ethnic minorities and building the great national unity bloc in their localities increasingly stronger.

Conference overview.

During the 1-day session, more than 100 delegates, including Party cell secretaries, heads of villages, prestigious people in ethnic minority communities and good farmers of 10 communes including Tan Hop, Tan Xuan, Giai Xuan, Tien Ky, Phu Son, Dong Van, Nghia Thai, Nghia Dung, Nghia Hoan, Nghia Phuc, received information related to the Land Law; Law on Complaints; Law on Denunciation and Law on Gender Equality.

The conference on disseminating the law to ethnic minorities aims to gradually raise awareness and sense of law compliance of key officials in villages and hamlets and all people in ethnic minority areas, contributing to improving the intellectual level of the people, stabilizing life, developing the economy - society, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the district.

On this occasion, the Government's Ethnic Committee presented 300 books related to the Land Law, the Law on Complaints and the Law on Denunciations to 10 communes where ethnic minorities live./.
