Conference to collect comments on the draft Law on property auction
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 11, under the chairmanship of comrade Tran Van Mao - Standing member of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a conference to collect comments on the Draft Law on Property Auction. Attending were representatives of relevant departments, branches and representatives of professional auction organizations of the province.

The Law on Property Auction Project consists of 7 chapters and 77 articles, which are built towards the goal of socializing and professionalizing property auction activities based on the policies, guidelines and viewpoints of Resolution No. 48-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW of the Politburo, aiming to create a common legal mechanism on procedures and order, applied uniformly to the auction of all types of properties. At the same time, it will improve the quality and professionalism of the auction team, enhance the legal responsibility and professional responsibility of auctioneers in their practice; improve the quality of property auction activities as well as develop highly professional property auction organizations and strengthen the mechanism to protect the rights and legitimate interests of auction participants.

Conference overview |
At the conference, delegates basically agreed with the contents of the draft Law on Property Auction and focused on contributing opinions around a number of issues related to regulations on types of enterprises, locations of property auctions, forms, procedures for organizing auctions, auction training, auction probationary period for auctioneers, etc. All contributions will be compiled by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and reported to the Ministry of Justice.
