Provincial leaders extend congratulations on the occasion of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, June 21st.

(Baonghean.vn) - To commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2015), on the morning of June 17, a delegation from the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee, led by Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and presented flowers and congratulations to several press agencies in Nghe An province.

Accompanying them were comrades Tran Hong Chau – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Ba Hung - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and representatives from the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Department of Information and Communications, and the Provincial Journalists Association.

During his visit to congratulate the staff, reporters, and employees of Nghe An Newspaper, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Duc Phoc acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Editorial Board and its staff and reporters over the past period. The Provincial Party Secretary commended the efforts of Nghe An Newspaper – the organ of the Provincial Party Committee, and a forum for the government and people of Nghe An. Through their information, propaganda, and mass mobilization work, the collective Editorial Board, staff, reporters, and employees of Nghe An Newspaper have demonstrated their position and role in the development trend, accompanying the progress of the province.

After congratulating Nghe An Newspaper, the Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited and congratulated the Nghe An Journalists Association and the Nhan Dan Newspaper's permanent office in Nghe An. On behalf of the provincial leadership, Comrade Ho Duc Phoc praised the efforts of these units in gathering, connecting, and supporting press agencies and journalists in the province; and for accompanying and assisting Nghe An in introducing and promoting the land and people of Nghe An to friends both domestically and internationally.

Following this, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Duc Phoc and the delegation visited and congratulated Nghe An Radio and Television Station. There, the Provincial Party Secretary encouraged and shared his understanding of the unique challenges faced by the station's staff and reporters in their work. He acknowledged the dedication and professional achievements of the station's management, staff, and reporters over the past period. Through radio and television broadcasts, exemplary individuals have been recognized and their contributions have been addressed and answered promptly, addressing issues of public concern.

On behalf of the provincial leadership, the Provincial Party Secretary and other provincial leaders expressed sincere gratitude to the aforementioned media agencies for their significant contributions to the national construction and defense efforts in Nghe An in the current period.
