21/22 state treasury units apply ISO 9001:2008 standard

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 26, an interdisciplinary working group led by Mr. Dinh Xuan Lam - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs worked with the State Treasury of Nghe An on administrative reform.

The State Treasury of Nghe An has done a good job in directing, operating, and developing plans to effectively implement administrative reform. The unit has reviewed 100 documents issued by the Ministry of Finance. Of these, 22 documents were recommended to be amended, supplemented, or replaced; 78 documents were recommended to be abolished or canceled.

Nghe An State Treasury has clearly defined the responsibilities of State Treasury staff in implementing the one-stop transaction process from staff to leaders, contributing to qualitative changes in the agency's operations. Administrative procedures are simple, clear, in accordance with the regime and business processes; work is resolved quickly and conveniently for customers. Nghe An State Treasury strictly implements the payment control process, especially in the delivery and receipt of documents; and strictly follows the appointment date to receive notification of document inspection results.

The unit has also organized and arranged its apparatus, professional departments, and working units in a streamlined manner, operating effectively and efficiently. Along with that, Nghe An State Treasury has focused on promulgating, reviewing, amending, and supplementing internal regulations to improve operational efficiency; at the same time, promoting the application of information technology in operations; 21/22 State Treasury units have deployed the application of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
