Prostitutes in this ring are paid at least $1,000 and at most $20,000. Many models and beauty pageant winners are involved in this ring.

On the morning of May 27, the Investigation Police Agency (Ministry of Public Security) urgently arrested Doan Ngoc Minh (25 years old, residing in Ward 7, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) for prostitution brokerage.

Doan Ngoc Minh is considered an important link in a high-class prostitution ring involving many models and beauties in beauty contests in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ninh.

Previously, on the evening of May 25, at Ha Long Plaza Hotel (Quang Ninh), the Criminal Police Department caught two couples in the act of prostitution.

The police also arrested "madam" Tran Duc Thuy Lien (30 years old, residing in Hiep Thanh Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City) while waiting to receive money from a customer who bought sex in the hotel lobby.

Notably, in room 817 of Ha Long Plaza Hotel, the authorities discovered LTT (29 years old, from Quang Ninh) - who had won the runner-up prize at the Academy of Theatre and Cinema and was once considered the "Pearl Girl" of Vietnamese cinema with a radiant smile.

LTT was connected by Tran Duc Thuy Lien and Doan Ngoc Minh. Then, Lien flew from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi to pick up LTT and took her to Quang Ninh to sell sex.

Investigators identified Tran Duc Thuy Lien and Doan Ngoc Minh as the two leaders of a high-class prostitution ring that specializes in organizing "sex tours" for tycoons.

Prostitutes in this ring are paid at least $1,000 and at most $20,000. Many girls are models and beauty pageant winners.

Tran Duc Thuy Lien and Doan Ngoc Minh were also identified as brokers for Huynh Thi TL (25 years old, from An Giang, currently residing in Ward 7, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City) to sell sex for 7,000 USD/day. TL was bought a plane ticket by Thuy Lien and traveled with her from Ho Chi Minh City to Quang Ninh to sell sex for 2 days for 14,000 USD/2 days.

Currently, the Ministry of Public Security's investigation police agency is continuing to investigate this network.
