In his opening remarks, Lieutenant General Dang Van Hieu, Permanent Deputy Minister of Public Security, highlighted the immense value that the works in "Golden Pages" have brought in terms of ideological content and artistry; actively contributing to the cause of protecting national security and ensuring peace in people's lives over the past 70 years. He emphasized that this is the first time the Ministry of Public Security has collaborated with the Vietnam Writers Association and Vietnam Television to organize a program to honor Vietnamese writers who have made outstanding contributions on the theme of "For national security and peace in people's lives over the past 70 years."
