Truck collides with motorbike, 1 person died

(Baonghean.vn) - At about 2:20 p.m. this afternoon, June 5, at the intersection of Cua Nam flower garden, Vinh city (Nghe An), a serious traffic accident occurred between a truck and a motorbike, causing 1 death.

According to initial information, at the above time, the truck with license plate 31C - 142.73 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling on Phan Dinh Phung Street. When arriving in front of Cua Nam flower garden, the driver turned onto Pham Hong Thai Street and collided with a motorbike with license plate 37B2 - 596.64 driven by Ms. Tran Thi Yen (46 years old, residing in block 11, Cua Nam ward, Vinh city) in front.

The strong collision caused Ms. Yen to fall onto the road and was run over by the truck, killing her on the spot. The rear of the motorbike was crushed. Immediately after the accident, the truck driver quickly left the scene.

Upon receiving the news, Vinh City Traffic Police quickly arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
