Accordingly, in the document directing the Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police, Mr. Le Hoang Quan emphasized that the city police force needs to urgently direct professional units and district police to strengthen inspections of the area to promptly detect and arrest criminals in the serious crime that occurred in Minh Hung commune, Chon Thanh district, Binh Phuoc province if they are hiding in the area.
