Van Phan fish sauce is produced and processed according to traditional procedures, ensuring food hygiene and safety. The Van Phan Dien Chau fish sauce brand is familiar to consumers because of the quality of the product. Up to now, Van Phan fish sauce products have been awarded many major awards and selected by Vietnamese brand magazine as one of the top 100 competitive products for WTO integration.

The workshop approved documents on management of Van Phan fish sauce certification trademarks such as: Set of standards; model, regulations on management and use of certification trademarks; production process; regulations on use of stamps, labels and packaging... Legal documents on protection of intellectual property rights for local specialties; Van Phan fish sauce brand identity were also approved.

At the workshop, delegates focused their comments on building regulations for the use of stamps and labels, the location of stamps and labels, printing logos on product packaging, layout, color... all must be consistent so that consumers can easily remember and distinguish them from other fish sauce products.
The Van Phan fish sauce brand is only for Dien Chau Seafood Joint Stock Company and fish sauce processing facilities of 4 communes in the project area including: Dien Ngoc, Dien Bich, Dien Van and Dien Kim of Dien Chau district./.
