(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 28, a delegation led by Comrade Ho Duc Phoc, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and worked at Vinh International Hospital.
Accompanying the delegation were Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Bui Dinh Long, Director of the Department of Health; and leaders of provincial departments and agencies. Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Trong Doan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phu Tho Investment, Construction and Service Group; and the leadership, staff, and employees of Vinh International Hospital.

Vinh International Hospital, located in Hamlet 23, Nghi Phu Commune (Vinh City), is invested in by Phu Tho Investment, Construction and Service Group. Built on a 34,000m2 site with a total investment of nearly 900 billion VND, the hospital was completed and is preparing to open after two years of construction. It has a capacity of 500 inpatient beds and a high-quality outpatient clinic. The clinic system can accommodate 800-1000 patients per day.
Alongside investing in world-class infrastructure and modern equipment, and with a team of nearly 200 highly qualified medical staff, the hospital will also invite medical experts from Eastern Europe, South Korea, Singapore, and other countries to work there, aiming to improve the quality and internationalize its medical services.

Comrade Ho Duc Phoc acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Vinh City People's Committee and the relevant departments and agencies for their active involvement in land clearance, which facilitated the acceleration of construction progress. The Provincial Party Secretary also highly appreciated the planning, design, infrastructure, equipment, and human resources of the hospital.
The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the hospital should effectively leverage its strengths to create breakthroughs in specialized treatment. Regarding the health sector, it is necessary to direct public hospitals currently facing difficulties in terms of facilities and personnel to coordinate with private hospitals in providing medical examination and treatment for patients, especially in the fields of obstetrics and infertility treatment.
On behalf of the Nghe An provincial leadership, Comrade Ho Duc Phoc affirmed that they will create the most favorable conditions to complete the remaining items so that the hospital can become operational on schedule.
