The project has a total estimated investment of over VND 7,925 billion; the implementation progress and capital mobilization plan are divided into 7 phases. The project started in August 2008 and is expected to end in December 2020. Of which, the total number of low-rise apartments is 1,479 and the total number of high-rise apartments is 1,736.
