Attending the event were comrades: Nguyen The Trung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, Nguyen Thi Hong - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hong Linh - Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee, along with delegates of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association and more than 300 member delegates.

The Congress took place in an open, responsible and democratic atmosphere and elected 32 comrades to the Executive Committee and 3 comrades to the Inspection Committee for the 4th term (2015 - 2018).
At the first meeting of the Executive Committee, 9 members were elected to the Standing Committee and Mr. Nguyen Canh Nam was re-elected as Chairman of the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City for the 4th term (2015-2018).
Also on this occasion, the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its founding.
