(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 15, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Decision No. 09/2015/QD-TTg dated March 25, 2015 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on implementing one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanisms at local state administrative agencies.

In his opening speech, comrade Le Xuan Dai emphasized: Administrative reform is a major policy of the Party and the State, one of the three strategic breakthroughs in socio-economic development, so the birth of Decision 09/2015/QD-TTg is of great significance in administrative reform. Currently, there are many administrative reform models. And practice has proven that the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanisms have had important results, bringing satisfaction to people and businesses, enhancing the supervisory role of businesses and people towards the government apparatus. Comrade Le Xuan Dai requested the conference participants to fully absorb the contents of the decision for effective implementation in the locality.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Le Xuan Dai - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the significance of the issuance of Decision No. 09/2015/QD-TTg dated March 23, 2015 of the Prime Minister.

Decision No. 09/2015/QD-TTg dated March 25, 2015 of the Prime Minister promulgating the regulations on implementing the one-stop shop and the interconnected one-stop shop mechanism at local state administrative agencies was issued to replace Decision No. 93/2007/QD-TTg on implementing the one-stop shop and the interconnected one-stop shop mechanism at local state administrative agencies.

At the conference, Mr. Do Quy Tien - Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Reform, Ministry of Home Affairs presented new points in Decision No. 09/2015/QD-TTg compared to Decision No. 93/2007/QD-TTg. Decision No. 09/2015/QD-TTg consists of 6 chapters and 17 articles. Decision No. 09/2015/QD-TTg stipulates that the supplementary dossier can only be done no more than once during the entire dossier processing process at the specialized agency; the collection of fees and charges is carried out in accordance with the provisions of law. The one-stop mechanism is implemented in the settlement of administrative procedures in 5 areas: Investment, land, business registration, construction licensing, justice and other areas depending on local conditions. Decision No. 09/2015/QD-TTg stipulates specific responsibilities of agency and unit leaders in the process of implementing the one-stop mechanism and the inter-connected one-stop mechanism.
