Vidal dreams of winning the Champions League with Bayern
The Chilean midfielder is eager to fulfill his unfinished dream with his new team, a title he missed last season.
Arturo Vidal moved to Bayern Munich for $43.78 million. That is an amount that experts consider quite "soft" for a player who has affirmed his class. The 28-year-old midfielder signed a four-year contract, keeping him at the Allianz Arena until 2019.

"I'm very happy, this is a new step in my career and I hope I will do well here. I want to contribute to the team and win titles. I want to continue to improve and win important titles like the Champions League. Wearing the Bayern shirt, I think is the best opportunity to do this," Vidal told Bayern's website.
Vidal has been the target of many big clubs such as Man Utd, Barcelona, Man City in recent seasons since he shone in Juventus shirt. He is a mainstay of the Chilean team that just won Copa America 2015.
"He is a boy with a great desire to win and a perfect competitive spirit. He will be a good addition for us with his one-on-one ability, vision and versatility," said Bayern sporting director Matthias Sammer.
This is Vidal's second move to the Bundesliga. The first was in 2007 when he moved from his hometown team Colo-Colo to Bayer Leverkusen.

In 2011, the Chilean moved to Juventus for just $11.61 million. Here, Vidal teamed up with Claudio Marchisio, Andrea Pirlo and Paul Pogba (or Kwadwo Asamoah) to form a very quality midfield, not only helping the "Old Lady" dominate Serie A, but also establishing a voice in Europe when reaching the Champions League final last season. Vidal played 124 times, scoring 35 goals in four years with the current Serie A champions.
Vidal is a fiery player who can attack and defend well. He promises to be a worthy replacement for Bastian Schweinsteiger, who recently moved to Man Utd.
