(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 23, at the Provincial Military School, the Department of Science and Technology held a conference to accept the topic: organizing research and compiling training curriculum for the practice plan: "Commune-level security combat drills in Nghe An province".

Attending the conference were comrade Pham Xuan Can - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; comrade Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Dai - Deputy Head of the Militia Department, General Staff of Military Region 4; comrade Colonel Tran Van Hung - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command; representatives of the National Defense Education Center of Vinh University; Provincial Police; Vinh City Military Command; Nghi Loc District; Cua Lo Town.

This conference aims to evaluate the results of the project, on that basis, continue to evaluate, complete and organize printing to serve the learning and training process in the commune-level security combat exercise in the whole province.

At the Conference, the delegates listened to Colonel Nguyen Duc Long - Vice Principal of the Provincial Military School, Head of the project, briefly report on the research results of the project after nearly 2 years of organizing research and compilation, including: results of the project implementation, 10 topics and training curriculum for the practice of the plan "Commune-level security combat drills in Nghe An Province". They visited the mock-up of the combat model and watched videos of the commune-level security combat drills.

Delegates visit the imaginary model

At the conference, we also heard the opposing opinions of the delegates of the Military Region 4 General Staff; the Provincial Military Command; the National Defense Education Center of Vinh University, and the Science Management Department. All opinions agreed that the topic, through the grassroots and provincial level seminars, the contributions of experts and the revisions so far, has relatively good quality, ensuring high scientific value, and can be widely applied in the learning and training process.

On behalf of the project acceptance council, comrade Pham Xuan Can - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Chairman of the acceptance council, highly appreciated the work of organizing, preparing and implementing the project of the Provincial Military School. The project ensures quality, ensures the right progress and scientific activity requirements, and can be applied in the training and coaching process in the whole province. However, there are still some contents that need to be further edited to achieve the highest quality. In the coming time, he requested the project committee to continue to complete the contents according to the comments to serve as a basis for further acceptance to serve the printing and replication process.
