((Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 7th, under the chairmanship of Comrade Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting with the Party Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office to evaluate the results of work in the second quarter and implement key tasks for the third quarter of 2015.

Representatives from the Provincial Party Committee Office reported on the implementation of tasks in the second quarter and the key tasks for the third quarter of 2015 for the Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

In the second quarter of 2015, the Party Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office closely coordinated to effectively implement the work plan, meeting the leadership and guidance requirements of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, delivered a speech on the work of directing the Party congresses at the grassroots level.

Comrade Tran Cong Duong, Standing Committee member and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, requested that Party committees and the Office pay attention to resolving citizens' petitions and complaints.

Specifically, the committee advised on and directed the dissemination of information regarding Party congresses at all levels and monitored public opinion; advised on and directed mass grassroots-level congresses; pilot congresses at higher-level grassroots levels and organized the review of lessons learned to prepare for mass congresses at higher-level grassroots levels; gathered feedback on draft documents for Party congresses at all levels; completed inspections of the implementation of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary tasks at several Party branches; advised on the plan for supervising the leadership, direction, and implementation of citizen reception and handling of complaints and denunciations… It also coordinated the successful organization of meetings of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and working sessions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Quang Huy requested that in the third quarter, the Party Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office should focus on directing the Party Congresses at the grassroots level; the subcommittees serving the 18th Provincial Party Congress should accelerate the preparation for the Congress; compile the opinions of the people contributing to the documents of the 18th Provincial Party Congress and the 12th National Party Congress; and pay attention to directing the good organization of major holidays in the quarter. In addition, the Party Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office should also pay attention to understanding the people's thoughts; effectively handle petitions, complaints, and denunciations from citizens and promptly resolve pressing and prominent issues among the people.
