The CJ Bakery vocational training program began in September 2013 at the Vietnam-Korea Industrial Technical College with the support of CJ Korea and the Koica organization. Over two years, more than 100 students have been trained. After graduation, most students have found stable employment, and outstanding students have been assisted in finding jobs at Tous Les Jours – CJ's main stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Happy Bakery, located at 117 Le Hong Phong Street, Vinh City, is also currently employing many former students of the Vietnam-Korea Industrial Technical College.
