Competition for good farmer propagandists in localities

(Baonghean.vn)- On July 31, the Farmers' Association of the districts organized the 2015 competition for good propagandists.

In Con Cuong district,The contest had the participation of 13 candidates who were presidents or vice presidents of the Farmers' Association from 13 communes and towns in the area.

During the one-day period, contestants must go through three compulsory competitions: presentation skills with content related to the Association's tasks and the farmers' movement associated with the characteristics of each region; knowledge competition and talent competition.

The contest aims to propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws related to agriculture, farmers, rural areas and sovereignty over seas and islands. This is also an opportunity for grassroots propagandists to exchange and learn to improve their professional qualifications, creating strong and effective changes in propaganda activities at the grassroots level.

In Ky Son district, hThe contest had the participation of 12 contestants who were propagandists of the Farmers' Association at the grassroots level. Attending and directing the contest were comrade Tran Van Huong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association; comrade Vi Hoe - Secretary of the District Party Committee and leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee and branches and organizations in the district.

Coming to the contest, through the "Presentation Skills" and "Knowledge" contests, the contestants who are propagandists of the Farmers' Association at the grassroots level not only demonstrated their knowledge and propaganda skills but also brought to the audience propaganda messages about the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State.

The organizers gave souvenir flags to the competing teams.

Many contestants shared their experiences and practical experiences in the Association's activities and the farmers' movement and proposed many effective solutions to improve propaganda work in the coming time. In particular, through the "Talent" contest, the Farmers' Association propagandists also brought to the audience unique and rich dance, singing, and traditional musical instrument performances.

As a result, the first prize of the contest belonged to contestant La Thi Hong Anh (Farmers Association of Huu Lap commune). In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 6 consolation prizes to the contestants.
