Giving helmets to first graders

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 17, the Youth Union of the People's Committee and the Police of Que Phong district presented helmets to 83 first graders of Muong Noc Primary School.

This program is part of a series of annual activities to support poor students in the district by the Youth Union of the People's Committee and the Que Phong District Police. This year, 83 first graders of Muong Noc Primary School received gifts from the Youth Union.

At the ceremony, the delegation also presented gifts to 4 students who overcame difficulties to study well.
