To facilitate passengers who have checked in online, from June 25, 2015, passengers can use their boarding pass (printed on paper or displayed on a mobile phone or tablet screen...) to check in themselves via the Web/Mobile/Kiosk check-in system to go straight to the passenger security check gate without having to go to the airline's check-in counter at the airport for confirmation.

This regulation applies to passengers without checked baggage on domestic flights departing from Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat airports.

Specifically, passengers who perform online check-in procedures as instructed will be able to choose their own seats, print their boarding passes or have their boarding passes sent to their email. After completing online check-in procedures, passengers will present their boarding passes and identification documents at the security checkpoint.

Online check-in time is from 24 hours to 2 hours before the flight's scheduled departure time./.
