Nam Dan Police: Successfully persuaded wanted subject to surrender

(Baonghean.vn)- On September 9, Nam Dan District Police said that the unit had just successfully persuaded a wanted person for gambling to surrender, Le Duy Nghia (born 1988), residing in Kim Lien Commune, Nam Dan District. Nghia had two previous convictions for robbery and gambling.

Previously, at around 12 noon on July 11, through the work of grasping the situation in the area, Nam Dan District Police caught red-handed a gambling den in the form of playing Phom and three-card poker at the private house of Le Duy Nghia, Mau 5 hamlet, Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district.

6 subjects were arrested with evidence of a deck of 52 playing cards and nearly 12 million VND in cash, while subject Nghia fled the scene.
