Hoang Mai: Fire prevention and fighting training for grassroots fire fighting force

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 27, Fire Police Department No. 4, Nghe An province organized a training course on fire prevention and fighting law and techniques for grassroots fire fighting forces.

The training course was attended by nearly 300 trainees from the town’s civil defense fire fighting team and hamlet officials from 10 wards and communes in the area. The training lasted for 1 day.

Students will be provided with legal documents on fire prevention and fighting, basic knowledge of fire prevention and fighting, fire prevention measures in some specific facilities...

Overview of the training session.

After the theoretical lesson, students will directly practice basic fire prevention and fighting techniques such as: Using a nozzle, using a CO2 fire extinguisher and a powder fire extinguisher to extinguish a fire and how to quickly handle situations when a fire occurs. Every year, Fire Police Department No. 4 will open 5 training classes in the town.

At the end of the course, the trainees will be deployed to localities to improve knowledge and sense of responsibility for fire prevention and fighting for the people, thereby being more proactive in fire prevention and fighting when incidents occur in the locality as well as in the family.
