Checking the implementation of national defense and military tasks

(Baonghean.vn) - The working delegation of the Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Luong Hong Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command conducted a comprehensive inspection of the results of the implementation of defense and military tasks in the first 6 months of 2015 at a number of affiliated units.

During 3 days, from June 22 to 24, the working group inspected the following units: National Defense Economic Group 4, Ky Son District Military Command, Tuong Duong District Military Command, Con Cuong District Military Command and Anh Son District Military Command.

The working group inspected production increase work at National Defense Economic Group 4.

After listening to the units' reports on the results of military and defense tasks in the first 6 months of 2015, the delegation inspected the following contents: the system of combat readiness plans, training, force building, recruitment, results of re-inspection of militia and self-defense forces, reserve mobilization; work on natural disaster prevention and mitigation, search and rescue, forest fire and explosion prevention; results of building disciplined units, compliance with regulations, maintaining and managing discipline; party work, political work; logistics, life and technical work.

On behalf of the delegation, Colonel Luong Hong Phong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command commended and highly appreciated the results of the units' performance in the first 6 months of 2015. Especially during the time when there were changes in staff, infrastructure conditions were being invested in and built, and the weather was harsh, but the officers and soldiers of the entire unit tried to overcome difficulties and successfully completed all tasks.

The working delegation requested that in the coming time, the Party Committees of the units continue to perform well their advisory role to the local Party Committees and authorities in leading, directing and implementing military and national defense tasks; focus on doing well the political and ideological education for officers and soldiers; coordinate with functional agencies to grasp the political security situation in the area; continue to innovate and improve the quality of training and combat readiness for the armed forces; do well the work of managing weapons and equipment and ensuring good logistics. Maintain and seriously implement combat readiness work, especially before, during and after the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Party Congress.
