(Baonghean.vn) - A delegation from the Provincial Military Command, led by Colonel Luong Hong Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the results of the implementation of national defense and military tasks in the first six months of 2015 at several subordinate units.

Over the course of three days, from June 22nd to 24th, the working group inspected the following units: the 4th National Defense Economic Group, the Military Command of Ky Son District, the Military Command of Tuong Duong District, the Military Command of Con Cuong District, and the Military Command of Anh Son District.

After hearing reports from the units on the results of military and national defense tasks in the first six months of 2015, the delegation inspected the following areas: combat readiness plans, training, force building, recruitment, results of verification of militia and self-defense forces, and reserve mobilization; disaster prevention and mitigation, search and rescue, forest fire prevention and control; results of building a disciplined and regular unit, adhering to regulations, maintaining and managing discipline; Party work, political work; logistics, living conditions, and technical work.

Especially during a period of personnel changes, ongoing infrastructure development, and harsh weather conditions, the officers and soldiers of the entire unit have strived to overcome difficulties and successfully complete all tasks.

The working group requested that, in the coming period, the Party Committees of the units continue to effectively advise the local Party committees and authorities on leading, directing, and implementing military and national defense tasks; focus on doing a good job of political and ideological education for officers and soldiers; coordinate with functional agencies to closely monitor the political security situation in the area; continue to innovate and improve the quality of training and combat readiness for the armed forces; do a good job of managing weapons and equipment and ensuring good logistics.
