(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of July 31, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies held a ceremony to commend typical collectives and individuals in implementing Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" in 2014.

After 4 years of implementation, Directive 03-CT/TU of the Politburo has been seriously implemented by Party committees at all levels in the entire Party Bloc, with many diverse forms, creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers, becoming a widespread political activity. The contents of studying and following Uncle Ho have been gradually included in the regular activities of Party cells, agencies, and units, associated with political tasks, associated with the responsibilities and tasks of each cadre and Party member, included in the programs, plans, and emulation movements being implemented in agencies and units, especially the exemplary leadership responsibility of key leaders has been raised.

Following Uncle Ho's example, units in the Bloc have proactively sought creative and effective ways to implement Directive 03-CT/TU in a variety of appropriate and practical forms closely linked to the political tasks of each agency and unit; contributing to the implementation of socio-economic development tasks and ensuring national defense and security in the whole province.

Building good models, good practices, promoting proactiveness, creativity, and practical concreteness in "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" are meaningful educational activities with wide influence. Currently, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies has 47/57 Party cells assigned to help 35 poor communes according to the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee.

Over the past 4 years, many grassroots Party committees have launched emulation movements with many practical activities such as supporting cash, seeds, agricultural materials, taking care of people's health, disseminating farming techniques, etc., combined with mobilizing other resources of nearly 10 billion VND (of which cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers donated 6.2 billion VND), helping mountainous communes with special difficulties build models of economic development, hunger eradication, poverty reduction, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
