Relieves cold without sweating: 30g dried lemon leaves (10g fresh), boil to get water to drink during the day. Or 20g lemon leaves, 15g perilla leaves, 5g grapefruit leaves, 10g tangerine peel, boil to drink during the day. Use for 2-3 days.
