The program “Warm Homeland Love” is the name of the charity work following the wishes of the late father - Doctor Nguyen Minh Hong. The idea is to help the poor have a “fishing rod” to “catch fish” by each time giving 5 poor households each 2 pairs of breeding goats or 1 cow (mainly goats and cows for breeding) so that the poor households can raise livestock, develop the economy, and escape poverty.

This is the second time this year that the program has given breeding goats. The first batch was given to 5 poor households in Thanh Lam commune since April 2015, 4 households have had income from breeding goats. This batch, 5 poor households in Ngoc Son commune were assessed by the Commune Farmers' Association as having particularly difficult circumstances, having labor but lacking capital.
It is expected that the program "Warm Homeland" will be implemented regularly in coordination with the Farmers' Association and the District People's Committee, depending on the level of welfare funds and mobilization, but at least 1 to 2 communes will benefit each year. Based on the evaluation, the Farmers' Association will manage the books, give priority to training, guide the process, care techniques and be responsible for reporting to the sponsor on economic efficiency. At the same time, agree on the plan, unit, and schedule for organizing the goat and cow handover ceremony for the next year.
