Innovation in political education work in the new situation

(Baonghean.vn)- On August 5, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a conference to review 2 years of experience in implementing the Project "Innovation in political education work at units in the new period" of the Minister of National Defense (2014 - 2015).

During the 2 years of implementing the Project, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command and the commanding committees at all levels have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives, resolutions and instructions of the superiors, and organized training on the project for cadres at all levels to ensure compliance with regulations and quality.

Forms of political learning of units in the provincial military have focused on innovation, with clear progressive changes; political teaching staff at all levels always correctly perceive the meaning, process, and method of preparing political lectures; proactively and actively research documents, and effectively prepare lectures.

Nghe An Provincial Military Command awarded second and third prizes to officers participating in the 2015 political teaching and excellent reporting contest.

All levels have well combined educational work with oral propaganda activities, propaganda on mass media systems, organizing seminars, forums and competitions.

Every year, agencies and units in the Nghe An Provincial Military have completed 100% of the educational content and programs for the subjects, with the number of participants reaching 98.7% or more, the rate of good and excellent examinations increased by 1.7% compared to 2013.

All levels also regularly and seriously maintain the order and regime of informing political news to the subjects, promptly updating new information, promoting the role of the reporting team and the media in the unit.

In nearly 2 years, the Nghe An Provincial Military has organized 424 sessions to inform about current affairs for officers, civil servants, and employees. In addition, the activities of political and cultural days at the grassroots level combined with monthly legal days and political and ideological activities, direct dialogue, grasping the thoughts and aspirations of officers and soldiers have been well maintained, thereby promptly and effectively resolving arising problems and difficulties, creating high consensus and unity within the unit.

At the conference, the head of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command awarded 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 6 consolation prizes to individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2015 Competition for excellent political lecturers and reporters.
