((Baonghean.vn) - On July 27, a working delegation led by comrade Truong Thi Mai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairwoman of the Committee on Social Affairs visited and presented gifts to policy families in Thai Hoa town.

He was imprisoned in Da Nang, Bien Hoa and Phu Quoc prisons, and was brutally tortured: 2 legs and 1 arm were amputated 3 times for refusing to confess; 1 arm was injured and atrophied after a battle with the American-puppet army. |
