(Baonghean.vn)- On the afternoon of July 14, the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training, and Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted in Nghe An organized a ceremony to welcome Nguyen Ngoc Khanh, who won the Silver Medal at the 2015 International Physics Olympiad.
Attending the welcoming ceremony were comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Department of Education and Training, the Association for Promotion of Education, and many teachers and students of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted.

This year's International Physics Olympiad was held in India with the participation of 92 countries. The Vietnamese delegation had 5 students participating and all 5 students won medals. In Nghe An province, student Nguyen Ngoc Khanh, a former 12A3 student of Phan Boi Chau High School, won a Silver medal. Previously, Nguyen Ngoc Khanh also won a Gold medal at the Asian Physics Olympiad.
