(Baonghean.vn) - On September 26, more than 1,000 delegates, including grassroots Party Committee members; secretaries of Party cells under grassroots Party Committees, heads and deputy heads of departments of agencies under the Party Committees of provincial agencies, and youth union members of the Youth Union of the bloc, attended a seminar on behavioral culture of officials and civil servants in the integration period.
