(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 6, the Women's Union of Quy Hop district organized a workshop on vocational training and employment for female workers.

During 1 day, 80 women who are members of the Standing Committee of the Women's Union of 21 communes and towns, representatives of production and business households in Quy Hop, Chau Tien, Chau Hong, Tho Hop, Dong Hop, Chau Ly, Bac Son and Chau Thai towns learned about the following contents: results after 5 years of building the 5 no 3 clean model in Quy Hop; Results of vocational training and employment for female workers in the period 2010 - 2015; Exchange of experiences in vocational training and employment creation for female workers; Solutions for implementing vocational training and employment creation for female workers in the period 2016 - 2021.

The workshop was also an opportunity for women to share the advantages, difficulties and current situation of vocational training and employment for female workers at the grassroots level, contributing to raising awareness about vocational training and job creation to increase income for women.
