The propaganda session was attended by more than 100 cadres from hamlets to communes, including the commune military committee, hamlet chief, village team leader, militiamen, hamlet health workers and women's association cadres. The trainees were informed by the leaders of the district military committee about the international, regional and domestic current affairs along with some laws on military service, militia and reserve mobilization.

In addition, the trainees were also informed by the District Population and Family Planning Center about the current general population situation in Vietnam, thoroughly grasping Resolution 170 replacing Resolution 52 of the Provincial People's Council on Population and Family Planning Policy, and Decision 43 replacing Decision 76 of the Provincial People's Committee also on population policy.

On this occasion, the District Population Center provided reproductive health care services at the commune health station.
