Implementing Directive 03/CT-T.Ư of the Politburo on “Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh”, in recent years, the Standing Committee of Nam Dan District Party Committee has actively deployed it to all cadres, party members and people. Nam Dan District Party Committee has directed the Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front, organizations at all levels, sectors, agencies, units and cadres and party members to concretize the tasks stated in Directive 03 of the Politburo in conjunction with the implementation of political tasks of each organization and individual; directed the building of models and typical examples of collectives and individuals in conjunction with patriotic emulation movements in the locality.

In 2014, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee issued a policy to assign units to help policy families and families with especially difficult circumstances in the district. Every year, direct Party committees, agencies and units to review and supplement ethical standards according to their responsibilities and tasks for implementation. Comrade Vuong Hong Thai, Head of the Propaganda Department of Nam Dan District Party Committee, shared: Along with the work of disseminating, implementing and concretizing the contents and tasks, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has also directed the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee, the District Youth Union, the Department of Education and Training, and the District Political Training Center to strengthen education on Uncle Ho's ideology and moral example. Pay attention to directing the registration of jobs following Uncle Ho's example with 100% of party organizations and 95% of party members implementing. At the same time, strengthen the inspection of the implementation of Directive 03 of the Politburo at the grassroots level to promptly urge and correct shortcomings in the deployment and implementation process. As a result of more than 4 years of implementing Directive 03, 63 collectives, 44 key leaders, 314 outstanding cadres and party members were commended and rewarded at the grassroots level; 50 collectives and 95 individuals were commended and rewarded at the district level; 3 collectives and 4 individuals were commended and rewarded at the provincial and central levels.

Many groups, taking to heart Uncle Ho's teachings, have also made efforts to learn and follow him in a specific and practical way. The Youth Union has widely launched the movement "Nam Dan Youth learn and follow Uncle Ho's teachings" with many creative ways. In particular, the model "Taking on regular care for 100 policy families and poor children" is an initiative that has been enthusiastically responded to by many Youth Union members, becoming one of 60 models commended by the Central Youth Union nationwide. Meanwhile, the District Women's Union maintains the model of "Rice Savings Jar", "Savings Tube", "Shelter of Love"..., with a total savings of over 1 billion VND; helping more than 500 poor member families; building nearly 20 new houses and repairing 24 houses; awarding 76 scholarships.

Women's Unions at all levels in Nam Dan have also received capital entrusted by the Social Policy Bank to lend capital to women in difficulty, provide guidance on how to do business, and help thousands of members with working days to develop their family economy. Many sectors, agencies, units, and establishments have been concerned and have had many creative ways to contribute to completing each criterion according to the sector in charge of the new rural construction program. Many collectives and individuals have accepted to help families with preferential policies and families with especially difficult circumstances according to the policy of the District Party Committee, of which in 2014, 125 households were taken care of and helped by district-level agencies, units, and commune-level civil servants to improve their lives, with a total value of nearly 350 million VND....

It can be said that the successes in implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo have demonstrated the high determination, drastic and serious participation of the entire political system in Nam Dan, creating motivation for Nam Dan to continue to reap many successes in building and developing the socio-economy in the 2010-2015 term. And the implementation of Directive 03 is continuing to be identified by the Party Committee and people of Nam Dan as a regular and long-term task, with the focus being on "following" to create changes and higher efficiency in President Ho Chi Minh's homeland in the coming time.
