Dishes that help treat rapid heartbeat
In a healthy person, the heart beats regularly and is entirely dependent on the heart's electrical system.
A small group of cells high up in the right atrium controls the heartbeat. This group is called the sinoatrial node or sinoatrial node; in addition, the heart is also influenced by the central nervous system.

Roast all ingredients until golden brown, grind into a fine powder, and mix with honey. Take 10g three times a day with boiling water on an empty stomach.

Steamed turtle with yam and longan: 15g each of yam and longan, one turtle. First, put the live turtle into boiling water to expel all feces and urine.
