Suppose the fire started on the 2nd floor, the electronics business area. All employees and businesses in the supermarket were mobilized to transport and evacuate goods and provide medical assistance.

The local fire prevention force deployed on-site fire fighting plans. At the same time, Fire Prevention Department No. 1 mobilized 24 officers and soldiers and 02 fire trucks to approach the scene to control and extinguish the fire. After 30 minutes of deployment, the fire was completely extinguished.

It is known that Big C supermarket has more than 100 households participating in business with more than 30 thousand household items with high risk of fire and explosion. The supermarket has 4 business floors and 1 basement parking floor with a total usable area of ​​20 thousand square meters.
