On September 15, 2015, Thanh Chuong District People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1814/UBND-CT to handle the issue raised by the newspaper, with the following content:

After the report was reported, the District People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to inspect the situation, report and handle:

The system of markers on both sides of the road from Dung bridge has been completed by the contractor according to the approved design, for 1 year now. Through actual inspection, all the paint on the top of the markers has faded, (according to the design, there is no reflective paint), some markers have peeled paint due to collision during use.

The District People's Committee has worked with the project management board and the contractor, and the contractor has agreed to repaint all the faded markers, expected to be completed in September 2015.
