Previously, in early 2015, Tam Quang commune also received 25 breeding cows from the Military Telecommunications Group, Nghe An branch, for poor households.

In particular, 3 extremely disadvantaged villages of Tam Quang commune: Tan Huong, Tung Huong and Lien Huong will be supported to transport cows to the village.

As a result, up to now, Nghe An province has 6 border districts receiving 3,659 cows from Viettel under this program. In particular, Tuong Duong district has 4 communes receiving cows: Tam Quang, Nhon Mai, Mai Son, each commune received 100 cows and Tam Hop received 50 cows. The total number of cows in Tuong Duong district receiving cows under this program is 430.
