"Crazy" Innova hit 8 people and 6 motorbikes

Causing an accident and fleeing for more than 3 km, the Innova with license plate number 30A-635.00 caused damage, injuring 8 people and damaging 6 motorbikes.

This serious traffic accident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. on November 15, in two consecutive areas of Ung Hoa and Thanh Hoa districts (Hanoi). According to initial information, at the time of the incident, the Innova car with license plate number 30A-635.00 was traveling at very high speed through Vien An commune, Ung Hoa district, hitting 4 people and 3 motorbikes.

The car that caused the accident

After the series of collisions, the driver did not stop but continued to run for about 3 km, to Xuan Duong commune, Thanh Oai district. Before "stopping" at the wall of a house, this "crazy" car hit 4 other people and 3 motorbikes.

According to preliminary verification, no victims have died. The four victims in Xuan Duong commune were injured much more seriously than those in Vien An; the least injured person had a broken leg. Immediately after the accident, the driver was restrained by the authorities and local people and taken to Thanh Oai district police headquarters for processing. This person's identity is Pham Van Cong (born in 1987), residing in Nam Hong commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi.
