Implementing the pilot model of "Self-management of security and order"

(Baonghean.vn) - On September 23, 2015, in Hung Nguyen district, Saigon Beer - Song Lam Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the Nghe An Provincial Police, organized the implementation of a pilot model of "Self-management of security and order" in 2015.

Representatives from the provincial police departments and the company witnessed the signing ceremony of the commitment to implementation.

Saigon Beer - Song Lam Joint Stock Company is a large enterprise in Nghe An province with nearly 200 employees. Over the past period, following the directives of the Provincial Steering Committee for the "All People Protect National Security" movement, the Provincial Police, and the guidance on building the movement from the Economic Security Department (Nghe An Provincial Police), Saigon Beer - Song Lam Joint Stock Company has implemented a plan and launched the "All People Protect National Security" movement throughout the company, achieving many noteworthy results.

Emphasis is placed on propaganda, education, mobilization, and organizing activities for cadres, workers, and employees to raise awareness of the law as well as the policies and guidelines of the Party and State, contributing to maintaining the development of the enterprise and ensuring labor safety. The Party Committee and leadership of the Company direct organizations, associations, and departments to implement the signing of commitments to "Self-management of security and order" and launch the "All people protect national security" movement linked with self-management of security and order among all cadres and employees... As a result, for many years, the Company has not experienced any complex incidents related to security and order, labor safety, or fires and explosions; and no cadres or employees have violated the law. In 2014, the Company was recognized as meeting the "Safety and Security" standard.

In 2015, Saigon Beer - Song Lam Joint Stock Company continued to strengthen coordination with the provincial police departments and relevant units to effectively implement the "All People Protect National Security" movement. At the same time, it intensified propaganda and mobilization efforts to encourage cadres, employees, and workers to abide by the law, actively participate in crime prevention and control, maintain traffic safety, and prevent fires and explosions. This raised awareness and transformed the actions of each cadre, employee, and worker regarding their rights and obligations in maintaining security and order, serving the development of the company, the locality, and the province.

At the conference, the company launched its plan to build a model "self-governance in security and order" in 2015; announced the decisions to establish the Steering Committee, the operating regulations of the Steering Committee for the movement, and signed a commitment to implement the model in a practical and effective manner.
