Provincial Party Secretary congratulates Quynh Luu 2 High School

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 19, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee led a working delegation to visit and congratulate the teachers of Quynh Luu 2 High School on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20).

Accompanying were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors. On the side of Quynh Luu district, there was comrade Le Duc Cuong - Secretary of the District Party Committee, leaders of the District Education and Training Department.

Comrade Ho Duc Phoc visited and congratulated the teachers and staff of Quynh Luu 2 High School on the traditional day of November 20.

Quynh Luu 2 High School was established in 1965, after 50 years of construction and growth, in each historical period, regardless of the circumstances, the school has overcome all difficulties and challenges, steadily growing. From a school with only 4 classrooms, 189 students and 9 cadres, teachers and employees, up to now Quynh Luu 2 High School has 42 solid high-rise classrooms, 98 cadres, teachers and employees.

All staff and teachers are qualified and above standard with 16 Masters, 5 people studying for postgraduate degrees, 1 person doing PhD; 19 people achieved the title of excellent teachers at the provincial level, participating in teaching 1,570 students of the school.

Up to now, Quynh Luu 2 High School has trained nearly 20 thousand students. Many former students have held important positions in the Party and State, becoming famous activists in the fields of politics, military, economics, culture - society, many have academic titles and degrees: Professor, Associate Professor, Doctor of Science, Senior General, leading scientists, excellent teachers, excellent doctors; highly prestigious managers... Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Duc Phoc also studied at this school, school year 1978-1981.

Visiting the old school on the occasion of the traditional day of teachers, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Duc Phoc expressed his gratitude to the teachers and the old school. The Provincial Party Committee Secretary also sent a message to the current teaching staff: "For the school to develop further, the collective of cadres, teachers and staff in the school need to promote the spirit of collaboration, solidarity for the cause of education. Only then can the school train many excellent students, especially educate students in morality, love for their homeland and country so that they can become good citizens, contributing more to the cause of building their homeland and country; promoting the school's tradition of half a century of educating people".

On the occasion of visiting and congratulating Quynh Luu 2 High School, comrade Ho Duc Phoc and the delegation presented flowers to congratulate the teachers and staff and presented the school with a set of computers.

On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, the Provincial Party Secretary presented flowers to congratulate the school's Board of Directors, staff and teachers.

And donated computers to the teachers and staff of Quynh Luu 2 High School.

Comrade Ho Duc Phoc and the delegation took souvenir photos with the school's Board of Directors, officers, teachers and staff.

The Provincial Party Secretary wrote in the school's Yearbook: "I am very proud of the school's 50-year tradition of building and developing. As a former student of the school, I believe and hope that the school will develop strongly."
