Enhancing knowledge of international economic integration.
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 4th in Vinh City, the Nghe An Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Association, in coordination with the Business Registration Department of the Department of Planning and Investment, organized a training course on international economic integration for entrepreneurs and businesses.Comrade Hoang Viet Duong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was also present.

The training content aims to disseminate knowledge about international economic integration; bilateral trade agreements between Vietnam and other countries; agreements currently under negotiation; some models of commercialization; the most sensitive goods imported into Vietnam; import tax rates for ordinary goods; opportunities and challenges for businesses in the integration process; and what entrepreneurs and businesses must do to integrate.
During the training, participants also received knowledge to enhance their personal and business competitiveness in various aspects: management and operational capabilities, professionalism in business, seriousness in supplying goods, delivery and payment; responsibility in protecting customer rights and honesty in product quality standards...

Speaking at the training course, Mr. Hoang Viet Duong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: International economic integration is an opportunity for the business community nationwide in general and Nghe An businesses in particular to expand economic trade relations, broaden consumer markets, import and export activities, participate in regional and international production chains; and effectively implement the innovation of the growth model.
Through this training course, it is hoped that the province's entrepreneurs and businesses will gain more experience and knowledge, increase their competitiveness to overcome difficulties and challenges; proactively implement socio-economic development target programs in the coming time; innovate production technology, improve product quality, gradually expand market share in import and export goods, and increasingly create more products with good competitiveness in regional and global markets.
