Janet Jackson wins Billboard 200 number one for 7th time

On October 12, famous singer Janet Jackson's latest album "Unbreakable" took the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

"Unbreakable" is Janet Jackson's 11th studio album and her first CD since her brother, the "King of Pop" Michael Jackson, passed away in 2009. The album has sold a total of 109,000 copies, while the singles have sold 44,000 copies and received nearly 4 million hits.

This is Janet Jackson's 7th album to top the Billboard 200 chart and also marks the return of the black singer after 7 years of "hiding her sword". With this achievement, she is now only behind the achievements of two female singers Barbara Streisand and Madonna.

Streisand has 10 albums and Madonna has eight number one albums on the Billboard 200 chart.

R&B singer The Weeknd's "Beauty Behind the Madness" album took second place on the Billboard chart this week, selling 73,000 copies. In third place was rappers Drake & Future's "What A Time To Be Alive," selling 65,000 copies.

There's only one new album in the Top 10 this week, R&B singer Tamar Braxton's "Calling All Lovers" (No. 5).
