Output of grain crops: 1,022 tons, an increase of 13.55% compared to the 2014 plan. In particular, in 2014, 2 more economic models were built and developed, including a model of raising breeding cows, beef cattle and a model of growing high-quality lilies... The average production value per capita reached 20,254 million VND, increased 27.92% of 2014 plan.

The movement to build new rural areas has been widely supported by the people. Along with the previous results, in 2014, an additional 10 km of rural roads were built, of which enterprises built 3 km and mobilized people to build 7 km; built 1.9 km of intra-field roads; people donated 5,378.5m2 of residential land, contributed 4,903 working days, voluntarily donated and dismantled over 3,000 meters of fence walls, and contributed 258,500,000 VND in cash. The total value mobilized from people to build new rural areas is estimated at 2,241,500,000 VND. Up to now, the commune has completed 19/19 criteria for building new rural areas.

The cultural and social fields have been given attention and investment. Up to now, the school facilities have basically met the requirements of teaching and learning. The quality of education has changed significantly; the number of excellent students at the city and school levels has increased every year, the rate of mobilizing school-age students and boarding children has reached 100%. Currently, the commune is completing procedures for the primary school to be recognized as a national standard school in 2015. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has gradually gone into depth; contributing to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values ​​and good customs and practices. During the year, 2 cultural villages were built and proposed for appraisal and recognition, raising the rate of cultural villages to 83.33%; The rate of cultural families is increasing, reaching 88.2%, an increase of 1.38% compared to the Resolution of the People's Council in 2014 and an increase of 4.26% compared to the same period in 2013. Primary health care for the people is of interest. In 2014, 2,370 people were examined and treated, along with the good implementation of national programs on vaccination, vitamin A; measles-rubella vaccination campaign; the rate of malnourished children decreased to 9.76%.

Hunger eradication and poverty reduction are focused on by Nghia Hoa commune. In 2014, the number of poor households was reduced to 22, reaching a rate of 3.87%; compared to the Resolution of the Commune People's Council in 2014, the reduction was 2.13%, compared to 2013, the reduction was 3.91%. The regimes and policies for people with meritorious services and social protection policies were all distributed promptly, to the right people, the right subjects and standards.

National defense and security work is consolidated and maintained. Regularly directing the practice of combat readiness plans, completing well the work of national defense education and training, military recruitment and military rear policies. Along with that, the work of fighting and preventing crime is of concern, so the security and order situation, social order and safety are maintained, up to now Nghia Hoa is still a drug-free area.
