In the past year, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police of Nghe An province organized fire prevention and fighting inspections at 4,243 establishments; reviewed designs for 125 large construction projects; organized 154 fire prevention and fighting propaganda sessions with 8,154 participants; opened 44 professional training courses for grassroots fire prevention and fighting forces. The Fire Prevention and Fighting Police of Nghe An province promptly extinguished 65 fires, minimizing damage caused by fires; participated in the rescue of 17 accidents, successfully taking 42 people to the emergency room in time.

With outstanding achievements in implementing peak emulation movements, 1 collective and 2 individuals of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police of Nghe An province were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Minister of Public Security; 2 collectives and 3 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
