Mr. Pham Dai Duong, Head of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board, has just been appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.

In Decision 1709/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Pham Dai Duong, Head of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.

Mr. Pham Dai Duong has held the following positions: Head of International Cooperation and Investment Promotion Department of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park; Deputy Head of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board; Head of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board./.
