In 2015, implementing the coordination regulations, the two party organizations strengthened coordination in leading and directing grassroots party organizations, departments, branches and sectors to effectively carry out political tasks; focusing on directing the overcoming of difficulties and accelerating the implementation of programs and goals set forth in the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, especially the implementation of Resolution 26 of the Politburo on Nghe An.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized some key coordination contents.

The two sides coordinated to direct departments and branches to effectively carry out the work of advising, directing and successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress of the 12th Party Congress.

The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc have also coordinated with the leaders of the provincial-level agencies, departments and branches under the professional authority of the Provincial People's Committee and directly under the Party organization of the Party Committee of the Bloc of provincial-level agencies to well implement the grassroots regulations and cadre organization work; resolve social issues of concern; improve responsibility and public ethics among cadres, party members and civil servants.

Based on the analysis of some limitations in the implementation of the coordination regulations and based on the key tasks of each side in 2016, concluding at the conference, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong emphasized: Entering 2016, the year of drastic implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels and continuing to implement Resolution 26 of the Politburo, therefore, the two sides need to strengthen coordination in leading and directing departments and branches to well perform political tasks.

Coordinate, propose action programs in a realistic manner and speed up progress, ensure the quality of building key programs and projects assigned by the province to implement the Resolution of the 18th Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020, achieving many results.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc suggested that the two sides strengthen coordination in activities to improve capacity, sense of responsibility and public ethics of cadres, party members and civil servants.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong also said that the two sides need to continue to coordinate to improve the Party's grassroots organizations, especially discipline, Party cell activities, sense of responsibility of Party members, cadres and civil servants. Coordinate in leading and directing agencies and units to implement Resolution 39/NQ-TW, dated April 17, 2015 of the Politburo; Decree 108 of the Government on streamlining the payroll and restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees.

Strengthen coordination in supervising the implementation of tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to provincial departments, branches and sectors with party organizations under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.
