(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing Decree 55/CP on credit for agriculture and rural areas, to date, Do Luong district has 5,205 households that have borrowed capital totaling 528 billion VND to develop their economy.

The Farmers' Association, Women's Association, Veterans' Association, and Youth Union integrate extensive propaganda and training activities for the people. In addition, the district's Agricultural and Rural Development Bank facilitates access to loan capital for households to invest in production and business development.

Due to Decree 55/CP expanding the scope and eligible borrowers, the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank of Do Luong began implementing Decree 55/CP on July 25, 2015. To date, 5,205 households have received loans totaling 528 billion VND.

Cao Tien Son's family in Lam Son commune borrowed money from the bank to invest in a wild boar farming model.

People come to the Bach Ngoc - Do Luong branch of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank to borrow money for production investment.

Thanks to timely disbursement, 1,300 households in Dai Son commune (borrowing 120 billion VND) have invested in developing buffalo and cattle fattening. Many households in Giang Son Dong, Thuan Son, Lam Son communes, etc., have borrowed capital to invest in farm-based businesses combined with forest planting, gradually maximizing the effectiveness of the borrowed funds.
