(Baonghean.vn) - From November 2nd to 4th, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command organized a one-sided, two-level command and staff exercise on a map, utilizing information technology.

In charge of directing the exercise were Major General Doan Ngoc Son, Deputy Head of Political Department of Military Region 4; Colonel Chau Tien Dung, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4; and officers from various agencies of Military Region 4.

The Provincial Military Command has proactively completed preparations regarding the documentation system, finalized the training frameworks and roles; prepared the physical facilities for the exercise, especially applying information technology to all stages and steps of the exercise.

The exercise was successful, ensuring secrecy and safety, and contributed to enhancing the intelligence, experience, and combat readiness of the provincial armed forces in the task of firmly protecting the Nghe An provincial defense zone, within the people's war strategy of the Military Region and the entire country.
